TO ALL BOSS CENTER PATIENTS:

 

I would like to thank all of the patients of the “BOSS Center” for entrusting us with your musculoskeletal and pain management needs. We have felt privileged to be able to offer you the highest quality orthopaedic and physiatrist care in a professional and personalized manner. Our patients are our ‘customers’ and we have always wanted to treat you as we would want ourselves to be treated.  

 That being said, it is extremely disappointing to inform all of our patients that the “BOSS Center” will be closing our doors due to our own financial crisis within this larger economic ‘downturn’ which our country has faced in the past year. My decision to close our offices has been an intense and difficult one to make. I have only recently come to this conclusion. None of us is immune to the economic pressures of the times, and certainly not the ‘business’ of medicine.  

 We have truly been blessed with wonderful patients who have sought out our care in their time of need. We have taken on that responsibility with purpose, caring, and satisfaction. Unfortunately, the BOSS Center and I will no longer be able to provide that timely care. Our staff and I will make every effort to make sure your musculoskeletal needs are met.

 I have contacted local orthopaedic surgeons who will assume your orthopaedic needs, whether it is surgical, or rehabilitation. I have confidence in their care and would see them myself. Please contact our office as soon as possible so that we may assist you in making an appointment with their offices. If you cannot call, please see our website for instructions.

 

Dr. Robert Jones, at Impact Orthopaedics, 919-876-6755, will see any and all BOSS patients in his Raleigh office.

Dr. Stephen G. Struble, at Struble Orthopaedics, 919-277-0427, will see BOSS patients at his Holly Springs or Cary offices.

Dr. Christopher J. Barnes, at Fayetteville Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine Ctr., 910-484-3114, will see BOSS patients in his Fayetteville office.

 Our Dunn and Fuquay Offices will be open and seeing return patients until May 7, 2010. At that time, we will update your care, and refer your care to another Orthopaedic Surgeon. After that, phone calls will be answered and patients referred for follow-up care until May 19, 2010.

 Our Pain Management patients (Neck and back), can follow with Dr. Bullock. Dr. Bullock will continue to see new and return patients until May 7, 2010. She is excited to be able to continue to offer care locally after the BOSS Center closes. Information on her new phone number, address, and how to schedule an appointment will be presented as soon as available and will be available in our website.  

 Once again, thank you for confidence in us and letting me and all of us at the BOSS Center participate in your past care.
